Matt Argano is a Human Resources professional with over ten years of experience. Matt specializes in the fields of Organizational Development and Talent Management. Matt has extensive experience in the development of company-wide talent management solutions including workforce strategies, competency modeling, succession planning, skills assessments, performance management, and talent acquisition strategies. Matt earned a Master of Arts degree from Beacon University in Organizational Management and graduated Summa Cum Laude. He is currently completing a PhD in Strategic Leadership.
